Aaron will be discussing his current strategies and plans for 2010 as well. Since Jan 1, he has already purchased 6 houses, wholesaled 2 and has come up with a way to still get the wholesale fee, but keep the property and get a positive cash flow.

About our Speaker
Aaron has been a full time real estate investor since 2006. A former rehabber, he turned his attention to wholesaling, but is always working on strategies to hold properties. He prefers buying subject to or using seller financing to structure and hold cash flowing rentals.
