Welcome to the North San Diego Real Estate Investors Association, Inc (NSDREI) website! The NSDREI was formed in 2004 and is one of the premier real estate investing associations, providing a vehicle to learn, network and grow your real estate portfolio, regardless of whether you live in San Diego or not. We are a non-profit real estate investing group that is member driven by investors and volunteers from the Real Estate, Financial, and Technology fields. Our mission is “to promote a supportive and inspiring real estate investing community for members to build relationships, gain knowledge and take action to achieve personal success.” As a non-profit organization we have your success in mind, and our profits are shared with our members via reduced prices and/or increased benefits. Meet the Board of Directors

	Eric Siragusa President Eric joined the NSDREI board in 2006, and has served as President since 2008. He is President and Founder of WaterTree Capital, Inc. and Vice President of MHP Funds, LLC, currently co-managing multiple private real estate investment funds that own Mobile Home Parks across the country. Eric also serves as an educator, mentor and consultant to other real estate investors and professionals. 	Linda Wessels Secretary Linda joined the Board in 2004. She brings to the Board extensive experience in a wide variety of investment-related products, services and properties. She is president of FIA Group LLC, an independent consulting firm working with the financial services industry. She has two children and two grandchildren – the accomplishment of which she is most proud.

	Jay Sherman Treasurer At the top of the real estate market Jay closed 11 escrows in 10 months, selling off the majority of his California portfolio. Since the spring of 2009, Jay has been involved once again in multiple, strategic real estate transactions. 	Betty Wong Membership Committee Chair Betty is a native San Diegan. She has served on the NSDREI Board since 2005. While still holding a full-time job, she and her husband have been investing in real estate since 2004 and own rental properties out-of-state. She enjoys playing tennis, getting together with family and friends and trying new restaurants. Her biggest joy in life is her son Devin.

	Bruce May Director at Large Bruce is the general partner of Genequity Investment Group, L.P., a San Diego based residential real estate company operating as Genequity Properties. Bruce specializes in single family residential redevelopment, and wholesaling in Southern California. 	Rich Worcestor Programs & Speakers Committee Chair Rich is a former Lockheed "Skunk Works" Engineer and the Founder of the NSDREI. A longtime local investor and real estate pro, his specialty is real estate loss mitigation and bank negotiations, done with the goal of helping homeowners deal with their banks. 	David Nejely Technical Committee Chair David is a full time real estate investor and co-founder of Altus Equity Group, LP. Altus Equity offers qualified investors the opportunity to participate in professionally managed real estate investment portfolios, investment funds and joint ventures. In addition to his investment experience, David is an expert in project management and business process engineering. David believes the only better time to invest in real estate was yesterday! David has a Master’s Degree from Purdue University, and lives with his family in North County.

	Terry Blakeslee Terry spent most of her working career as a Lead Mammal Keeper at the San Diego Zoo’s Safari Park, retiring early to focus on real estate. She began investing in real estate in ’06 and has done several rehab projects. Her exposure to construction, while growing up with a Dad that was a General Contractor, and her degree in 3-Dimensional Art give her a good combination of skills for rehabbing. Her current desire is to reposition apartment buildings in the Southern CA area.
