It is with great shock and sadness that we share that our beloved Clarice Letizia, long-time member and NSDREI Board Secretary since 2023, passed away on July 23. She is greatly missed. 

Clarice was a semi-retired Attorney and had been investing in real estate since the late 1980's. She was also an adjunct professor at California Western School of Law in San Diego, where she taught Legal Drafting. She lived in Oceanside where she enjoyed sailing and swimming.  

As part of the NSDREI family, in addition to being our conscientious secretary, Clarice had a quick wit and was happily ready to pitch in at the check-in table or wherever needed at the meetings. What we'll remember most about Clarice is that she loved traveling, her dog Ally, fine wine, and most importantly spending time with her grandniece and grandnephew.

Services for Clarice will be held on Friday, August 22, 2025, at 1:00 PM at the Mission San Luis Rey Parish Chapel, located at 4070 Mission Ave, Oceanside, CA 92057.

A reception will follow at the Oceanside Yacht Club, located at 1950 N Harbor Dr., Oceanside, CA 92054. 

All who knew and loved Clarice are welcome to join us in remembering and celebrating her life. 

Flowers are being accepted at the service, as well as donations to either the San Luis Rey Parish or the American Heart Association.
