About our Meetings

NSDREI generally holds meetings on the 3rd Tuesday of every month. We'd be delighted to see you at an upcoming event!

We are meet monthly, with two in-person meetings and one virtual meeting per quarter.

Virtual meetings allow us to host non-local experts and industry leaders! Therefore, to accommodate our gurus who may be sharing their knowledge and expertise from other time zones, Zoom meeting times will vary.

All meetings usually include the comprehensive Market Update, Sponsor Spotlight, Haves/Wants, Speaker program with Q&A, and sometimes a surprise Deal Profile.

    ANNUAL SPONSOR TERMS & BENEFITS

    SPONSORSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

    • Cost: $1,750 per year, payment due by 6/19/25 for Sponsorship Term:  7/1/2025 through 6/30/2026.
    • Sponsorship can be revoked for any reason, at any time. In such an event, a prorated portion of your sponsorship will be returned and all benefits will cease.

    If payment is received without the signed agreement form, your payment will be considered your agreement to these terms. If you are a renewing Sponsor, your current information on file will be used on all promotional materials.


    SPONSOR BENEFITS

    As a sponsor you will receive, all Benefits of an NSDREI Membership which include:

    •  Access to meeting recordings
    • Discounts on events
    • 2 Free First-Time-Guest Passes per year to a regular meeting for you to introduce a new person to the club

    FREE/DISCOUNTED MEETING ATTENDANCE RATES

    Regular Meetings

    o    Two (2) free admissions to every regular meeting for two (2) team members during your sponsorship term.

    Special Events & Annual Celebration Meetings in June and end-of-year

    o    Two (2) free admissions for two (2) team members.

    o    Plus, lowest member pricing for (2) additional team members.

    MONTHLY MEETINGS:

    o    Self-Introduction: PowerPoint slide (created by us) with your company logo, photo (optional) and contact information shown at each meeting, as well as self-introduction time (no more than 1 minute). If you cannot attend meetings live, you can either send us a video (1 minute or less in length) or arrange a time to record one with a member of our team, to have shown in your absence.
    o    Sponsor Spotlight: Opportunity to be our Spotlight Sponsor which is extended promotion/introduction time (up to 5 minutes, based on venue and programming). You can talk about your company and/or give a mini-lesson on what you do and why people need you.
    o    NSDREI Meeting Flyers: Your company promoted on the back side of our monthly speaker flyer. These flyers are made available to all NSDREI meeting attendees, as well as to investors at other real estate clubs, to promote our program, and it will promote your business, too.
    o    Distribution of your flyers: Eligible to distribute your flyers on the attendee chairs.
    o    Half-Table Display: Half of a 6’ or 8’ table to distribute your material and promote your business. You can also bring your stand-up banners. Prior notice is required. You must let us know at least one week prior to the meeting that you will need a table for us to make proper accommodations.
    o    Be a Pro at “Ask the Pros” Corner: During the networking hour, we have designated areas where attendees can gather to hear from and ask questions of a real estate Pro. As a Sponsor you have first priority. Let us know what month you’d like to be the Pro. Prior notice is required to secure your spot.
    o    NSDREI Sponsor Banners: You will appear on our sponsor banners, in the order in which we receive your Sponsor payment. Banners are displayed prominently at each meeting.

    WEBSITE SPONSOR PAGE:

    Enhanced listing on our website: In addition to your logo, company name, and contact information, your listing can include:

    ·        Headshot or other pictures (up to 3 total)

    ·        Description of you and/or your services (approx. 150 words)

    ·        Promotional Video (5 minutes or less) about you and/or your company. You can either send us a video (5 minutes or less in length) or arrange a time to record one with a member of our team.

    DIGITAL MARKETING:

    •    Highlights on Social Media: Promotion through social media (please provide links to your social media pages in the application, so we are able to capitalize on this aspect of marketing for you). We will be posting sponsor mentions and highlights at least once a month. Let us know if you are doing something new and exciting. Also tag us in your social media and we can share it.

    •    Spotlights in Emails: We will send dedicated emails about our sponsors, once a month. This is where the paragraph for the website we asked you for above will come in handy.

    People, Paper, & Promises: How to Structure and Close Deals When Money Isn’t Enough 

    Q &A with Pete Fortunato

    We're excited to have expert Pete Fortunato back at the NSDREI. We always take advantage of having him speak to us whenever he is town. That's why we are moving September's meeting to the 2nd Thursday.

    Interest rates are stubborn, inventory is thin, and financing costs are squeezing deals, so they don’t pencil. Yet creative investors, like Pete, are still finding ways to structure opportunities that make money, when others walk away from the deal.

    Join us as our Q & A interviewer-extraordinaire, President Derek Harms, talks with legendary deal architect Peter Fortunato, to break down practical strategies for closing deals in today’s market without relying on banks, expensive capital from hard or private lenders, or picture-perfect houses.

    Whether you flip, wholesale, or hold, you’ll learn how to use paper, promises, and people to buy more real estate now and control even more for the future.

    Peter Fortunato jumped into the real estate business right after high school, building a robust investment portfolio and clientele, all while attending college. Instead of taking a traditional job, Peter embraced his "unemployable" status and turned it into a successful career. With over 45 years of experience, Peter has mastered the art of building, structuring, maneuvering, and managing investment transactions and portfolios. He shares his wealth of knowledge through seminars and real estate clubs, where he is celebrated for his clear and patient explanations of complex investment concepts.
