For the first time since 2020, Peter Fortunato will be IN PERSON at NSDREI. The two founding principles of Peter’s investing and teaching are capitalism and libertarianism. Using those principles, Peter successfully closes all his transactions by setting carefully conceived goals and performing purposeful actions, all while keeping scrupulous documentation. Peter’s discussion at NSDREI will be just a sample of his 2-day seminar, "Use Your Brain, Not Money," on March 11 & 12, in Riverside. As you’d imagine, we will get the condensed version, covering a wide range of techniques to acquire real estate, such as master/sandwich leases, seller financed notes, option contracts, equity sharing notes, exchange contracts, lease options, and assignment of contracts to name a few. Other topics that will be covered at our meeting include:

ABOUT PETER FORTUNATO:
Peter Fortunato dove into the real estate business after graduating high school. While attending college, he continued to build an investment portfolio and clientele. Rather than get a job after school, Peter said, “Everyone who knew me believed that I was unemployable. They were right. I still am!” Since this time, he has continued to build, structure, manipulate and manage investment transactions and portfolios. In addition to his 45 years of real estate investing, Peter has been teaching others his techniques at seminars and real estate clubs. He is respected for his clear and patient explanations of investment concepts and transactions.
