To paint a small picture for you what tonight will be about, here’s an example of a deal we’ll be covering tonight. I just looked at a property yesterday in Clairemont where the homeowners passed away a year ago and now the children don’t want to pay the tax bill on the property. There are 5 beneficiaries and 3 of them just want some cash, the other two are open to other ideas. Maybe a Lease Option? Maybe Seller financing?
