We're trying something different! To bring you a lightning rod speaker, as well as accommodate our speaker's availability, we will be recording Doug Duncan's LIVE meeting session at 1:00 to 4:00 PM. This will be just a like a regular evening meeting and you will be able to ask questions directly.

THEN, we will play the RECORDING, at our usual meeting time of 6 PM, for those who are not available in the day. 

When you register for this meeting (you only have to register once), you will receive Zoom links for BOTH sessions, so that you can join either or both.

In addition, if you can't make the early meeting and have questions, here is a link to submit your questions for Doug to answer in the live session.

As the Senior Vice President and Chief Economist at Fannie Mae, Doug Duncan provides all forecasts and analyses on the economy, housing, and mortgage markets. Before Fannie Mae, Doug held the position of Senior VP and Chief Economist at the Mortgage Bankers Association. His background encompasses roles such as LEGIS Fellow for Congressman Bill McCollum and contributions to the Financial Institutions Project at the U.S. Department of Agriculture. He is recognized as one of Bloomberg/Business Week’s 50 most powerful people in real estate and Inman News’ 100 most influential real estate leaders for 2013. Duncan holds a Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics from Texas A & M, alongside a B.S. and M.S. from North Dakota State University in the same field.
