We're excited to have expert Pete Fortunato back at the NSDREI. We always take advantage of having him speak to us whenever he is town. That's why we are moving September's meeting to the 2nd Thursday.

About our Presenter

Peter Fortunato jumped into the real estate business right after high school, building a robust investment portfolio and clientele, all while attending college. Instead of taking a traditional job, Peter embraced his "unemployable" status and turned it into a successful career. With over 45 years of experience, Peter has mastered the art of building, structuring, maneuvering, and managing investment transactions and portfolios. He shares his wealth of knowledge through seminars and real estate clubs, where he is celebrated for his clear and patient explanations of complex investment concepts.
