He holds dual bachelor’s degrees in aerospace engineering and physics, as well as an MBA, and began his professional career designing unmanned aircraft for Northrop Grumman. Since 2009, he has been actively investing in and transforming residential real estate and small multifamily properties across San Diego County, combining disciplined returns with community-focused improvements.
